This site provides services to Call/Contact center to check their performance. This site manages company, callcenter and users information. There are the different user levels. According to users level the telvation staff uses an extensive suite of proprietary techniques, allowing efficient planning, analysis and optimization of client center operations. This is a Linux / PHP based site with MYSQL database.
